Returns & Refunds Policy

We take the safety and wellbeing of every pet seriously, which is why we're unable to accept returns on any of our food products.

Why we don't accept returns

Because our products are consumable and intended for animals, we cannot guarantee the safety or integrity of any item once it has left our facility. Accepting returned food, even if it is unopened, would create risks we're not willing to take with the health of your pet or anyone else's. For this reason, all sales are final.

If something isn't right

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in a condition you're not happy with, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery at support@tinywolf.com and our team will jump on it.

Subscription cancellations

We'll send an email before your subscription renews each time so you know exactly what to expect. Please make sure you use this to make any changes to your subscription before the order is processed. We can't make any changes to subscription orders once they have been placed.

You can change the date, pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account, with no fees. To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, please make any changes before your next order is due.
