Overview
We know that getting your dog's food at the right time is really important. So offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs.
All orders are shipped from our USA warehouse. Orders placed before 12pm PT will ship same day.
We offer three US shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping
- 2 Day Air Shipping
- Next Day Air Shipping
Standard Delivery is included for free on all subscriptions and will be delivered within 2 - 5 days of your order. Specific delivery times depend on where you are located.
Please note we are unable to offer Free Shipping and Express Shipping options to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or military addresses.
Incorrect Addresses
If an incorrect address is applied at checkout, there are no guarantees that this can be amended before it is dispatched so please double check your details are correct before you confirm your order.
If you have added an incorrect address, please get in touch here immediately to see whether this is possible to fix it.
We will not be able to refund any orders that are made to incorrect addresses.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a returned item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please ensure you monitor tracking information and are available to receive your parcel when it arrives. TinyWolf is not responsible for lost/stolen orders that have been left in a designated safe place. We cannot post to PO Boxes.
We are unable to offer this service to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, or PO boxes.
