1. About these terms

tinywolf.com is run by TinyWolf Limited ("TinyWolf", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms and to our refund, shipping and privacy policies. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Using the site

You must be the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy from us. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, not to interfere with its security or running, not to upload harmful code, and not to scrape or copy it in bulk. We may refuse service or close an account if these terms are broken.

3. Products and feeding information

We work to keep product descriptions, ingredients, nutrition information and photos accurate. If we find a mistake, we'll correct it.

Feeding amounts from our plan builder and feeding guide are a starting point based on what you tell us. Every dog is different, so keep an eye on your dog's weight and condition and adjust as needed. Our content is general information, not veterinary advice. If your dog has a health condition, is pregnant or nursing, or is on a prescription diet, talk to your vet before changing food.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change. Any taxes are shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown in error, we suspect fraud, or an order looks like it's for resale. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund it in full.

5. Subscriptions

When you start a plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each delivery, at the frequency you chose, until you cancel. Plans get 50% off the first order and 15% off every order after that for as long as the plan stays active.

We email you 3 days before each order. You can skip, pause, change or cancel anytime from your account, with no fees and no minimum number of orders. Changes must be made before an order is processed.

6. Shipping, refunds and our guarantee

Shipping is covered by our shipping policy. Refunds, damaged orders and the 30-day Picky Wolf Guarantee are covered by our refund policy.

7. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

8. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you confirm it's yours to share and lawful, and you give us permission to use, edit and publish it to promote TinyWolf. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

9. Our content

The site, the TinyWolf name and logo, and our text, photos and illustrations belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or reuse them without written permission.

10. Other services

Our store runs on Shopify, and payments and subscriptions are handled by third-party providers under their own terms. Links to other websites are for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

11. Disclaimers

We do our best to keep the site running and accurate, but it's provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, TinyWolf isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover TinyWolf against claims and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable US federal law.

15. General

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms and the policies they link to are the whole agreement between you and us about using the site.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
